Camp Moonlight Member Registration is Closed.

Our team is working hard to review all our registrations and the waitlist. If you signed up for the waitlist, stay tuned to your email- we will be communicating to all applicants this week to give you a status update.


Our main priority is the health and safety of our participants and staff. With this in mind, we have made the difficult decision to reduce the number of spots available at Camp Moonlight from 100 per session to 57 per regular session, and 10 in our new Super Session. See below for the session and grade breakdown.

In addition, we have made an adjustment to the criteria for eligible campers effective Summer 2020. In the interest of best serving the Moonlight and Big Sky Communities, the families for whom Camp Moonlight was founded, we will only allow registration by Moonlight Member families, and students currently enrolled in BSSD72 or the Discovery Academy. Proof of enrollment will be required 2 weeks prior to the date your session of camp commences.

Camp Moonlight reserves the right to modify or cancel any camp session, or to cancel the registration of any particular participant at any time. If cancellation were to occur, Camp Moonlight will refund registration fees. You may cancel your participant’s registration for any Camp Moonlight session up to two weeks before the camp commences by emailing your cancellation request to campmoonlight@gmail.com. Camp Moonlight may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept any cancellation request that is not made in the manner or time period stated above.


REGISTRATION PROCESS

Click the button at the bottom of this page to access our ACTIVE Registration. The ACTIVE Camp system is designed to allow you to reserve spots for all your campers at the very first step of registration! No stress about getting in Kids two and three.

Here’s what to expect during registration:

  • Step One- Pick your spots. You can select multiple spots at once if you have more than one camper. Your spots will be held for you while you complete your forms. Remember, campers may register for one session of camp only. Please be VERY careful to select the right session and grade! Space in camp is very limited and it is challenging for us to move kids once registration is full. NEW THIS YEAR: You will register your child based on the grade they are entering in the 20-21 school year.

    • Grades K-4- Select “Otters/Bobcats/Wolverines”

    • Grade 5 - Select “Black Bears”

    • Grades 6-7 Select “Grizzly Bears”

    • Grades 8-9 Select “Super Session”

  • Step Two- Complete your forms. Take your time, but remember that the system will time out after 15 min of inactivity. Some information is mandatory, but things like medical and insurance information can be uploaded later. 

  • Step Three- Check out. This officially confirms your registration, or will secure your spot on our wait-list. If additional space becomes available, we will award open spots to wait-list applicants in the order which they are received.
