Camp Registration opens

We have moved the registration opening date for Camp Moonlight from May 1 to May 20 with the objective of allowing more time for the health concerns facing our community to be addressed. Camp Moonlight is following the rapidly changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19 with the health and safety of Camp Moonlight participants and staff in mind.

Camp Moonlight reserves the right to modify any camp session, to cancel any camp session, or to cancel the registration of any particular participant at any time and in its sole discretion. If cancellation were to occur, Camp Moonlight will refund registration fees. You may cancel your participant’s registration for any Camp Moonlight session up to two weeks before the camp commences, by emailing your cancellation request to campmoonlight@gmail.com. REGISTRATION PROCESS

The ACTIVE Registration link will appear on this page when registration opens. Our ACTIVE Camp system is designed to allow you to reserve spots for all your campers at the very first step of registration! No stress about getting in Kids two and three.

If you don’t have an ACTIVE account, save time on registration day by setting up your account in advance. Please note that you won’t see Camp Moonlight listed in their program options until registration goes live. When registration goes live, you can either log in to your existing account and search for Camp Moonlight or click the link that will appear on this page.

Here’s what to expect during registration:

  • Step One- Pick your spots. You can select multiple spots at once if you have more than one camper. Your spots will be held for you while you complete your forms. Remember, campers may register for one session of camp only. Please be VERY careful to select the right session and grade! Space in camp is very limited, and it is challenging for us to move kids once registration is full.

    • Grades K-4 - Select “Otters/Bobcats/Wolverines”

    • Grade 5 - Select “Black Bears”

    • Grades 6-7 Select “Grizzly Bears”

    • Grades 8-9 Select “Super Session”

  • Step Two - Complete your forms. Take your time, but remember that the system will time out after 15 min of inactivity. Some information is mandatory, but things like medical and insurance information can be uploaded later. 

    • NEW THIS YEAR: During registration, you will see links to two SmartWaiver Forms. Your registration is not complete until the parent/guardian has submitted and e-signed these legal documents for each camper you are registering.

  • Step Three- Check out. This officially confirms your registration or will secure your spot on our wait-list. If additional space becomes available, we will award open spots to wait-list applicants in the order which they are received.

MOONLIGHT MEMBERS

Be on the lookout for an email with a link specifically for Member Registration. Make sure you ONLY use that link to register! Please contact Moonlight Member Services if you need to update or add your email address to our mailing list.

CAMP MOONLIGHT AWARD WINNERS

When your Scholarship/Award application is approved, you will receive an email with a link specifically to the Award Registration. Make sure you read the email for important information and ONLY use that link to register!
